Orders
Royal Mail – 48-Hour tracked delivery is complementary, we do not charge for shipping. You have the option to select DPD Tracked 24-Hour Express for £6.95. Orders must be made before 1pm for 24-hour shipping.
Yes. There is an option for 24 Hour Express delivery with DPD when selecting your preferred method of shipping.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification. You will be able to track your order, we aim to have it to you within the time frame given depending on your chosen shipping method.
We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order.
At the moment we are only shipping to the U.K. This will change very soon.
Yes, providing the order has not been dispatched, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. If you have received your order and choose to cancel, product must be sent back.
A cancellation form can be found at the bottom of the T&C’s. Please email us advising you wish to cancel and send the form back, filled in.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns are at your own cost, unless we offered free returns when you bought the product.
We don’t refund any extra you have paid for express delivery or delivery at a particular time.
Yes. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email. You will find details on how to track your order.
If you contact us before your order has been dispatched and we’ve replied, we will try our best to cancel the order. It will be up to you to order your product/s again and enter the correct delivery address. If your order has already been dispatched, it’s up to you to try and retrieve the order.

We will email once we have refunded your account, to the original payment method. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
If you want to end the contract before the product is delivered where we are not at fault and you
have changed your mind, contact our customer service.
Product
Our products are fragrance free. There are no added perfumes or fragrance added to our skincare. You will still find a slight scent. This is due to the Organic Rose Otto Floral Water used as a base for our Cleansing Enzyme Butter and Luminess Hydra Crème. You may also experience a scent from the high percentage of Bio Ferments used in the products.
No, we and all of our suppliers do not test on Animals. We never have and never will.
YES! We have worked extremely hard to achieve Cruelty Free, Leaping Bunny Certification. We have been through a rigorous audit; our suppliers and all our labs are also audited to guarantee we meet the highest standards of Cruelty Free Certification.
All of Katoa Botanicals products have been through and passed, all the necessary testing to legally sell a product on the market. The U.K has some of the strictest regulations in the world. All our products are up to date and comply with industry standards.
Due to the high level of organic ingredients in our skincare formulations, it is normal for the scent to change from batch to batch. The formulation is still the same.

Our products have been tested and the recommended shelf life can be found on the back of the box and packaging. We have a natural preservation system so the shelf life maybe shorter then products you’ve previously used.
Katoa Botanicals use a high percentage of actives, therefor it is recommended our products are used for ages 18 and above, unless previously consulted and recommended by a professional.
Our revolutionary cosmetic tubs look like plastic, but are in fact made out of microbes that mimic plastic. These cosmetic tubs are 100% biodegradable, read more under the ‘Ingredients; tab.
Yes, our formulations contain some synthetic ingredients. Katoa Botanicals works harmoniously with Nature & Science. There are some outstanding ingredients such as Panthenol (Pro Vitamin B5( that are found naturally in nature, but produced synthetically for the cosmetics industry.
We have worked extremely hard to keep our products as friendly as possible and are proud to not contain any of the following. No added Fragrance, Silicones, Silica, Micro plastics, Parabens, Sulfates, PEGS, Drying Alcohols, Ethanol, Phenoxyethanol, BHA, BHT preservatives, Animal derived ingredients, Phthalates & Formaldehydes

We use the term traceless Beauty as Katoa Botanicals is 100% circular. We are plastic free, we have no added silicones or ingredients that build up in the environment & all our cosmetic tubs & packaging are 100% biodegradable and compostable.
